The old mill has been converted into a 230 m² gîte or guest-house on two levels and a 70 m² family room on the second floor:

On the ground floor, a suite comprising a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a shower room with WC. Next is the dining room, a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The large living room with television and fireplace opens onto the terrace which overlooks the Cosson, a river full of fish.

On the first floor, a landing leads to 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and each with a bathroom or shower room with WC.

On the second floor, with access by the outside staircase, is a large family room, La Goélette, with a double bed and 3 single beds, a shower room and WC.

The maximum capacity of the mill is 17 people. The whole mill can be rented in full (guest-house + family room) or partially. (guest-house with a capacity of 12 people without the second floor which can be rented separately).

The second floor of the mill, with access by the outside staircase, has been entirely dedicated tothe creation of a family room, "La Goélette".

This large attic room with its marine decor has a breathtaking view of the park.The room has a 140 cm bed and 3 beds of 90 cm, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

This room is offered in priority with the rental of the Mill, guest-house for 17 people.

In the morning, we will serve you breakfast in the dining room of the house. Homemade jams, locally produced honey and cheese, fruit according to the season, dried fruit, pastries...

In the house, the restored farmhouse, there are 2 king size rooms, each with a different theme, all equipped with bathroom and toilet.

"Diane de Poitiers":This spacious room, with its refined decor and comfort, is located on the ground floor. It has a 180 x200 cm bed and a large bathroom (Italian shower) with toilet. This room is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

"La Marronnière": This is the new room at the Moulin de Crouy! From this spacious room located on the first floor, restored with natural materials, combining comfort and sobriety, you will be able to enjoy the view of the Cosson, a river full of fish, and of the immense chestnut tree...It has a 160 x200 cm bed as well as a bathroom with Italian shower and WC.
